Every implementation of MediaVault Plus includes training on the use of the product. Your implementation journey begins with your team participating in a discovery meeting to gather your requirements for a successful implementation. We then configure the system to meet those requirements and ensure your team is satisfied with the configuration. Prior to go-live, your team participates in an instructor-led training to review all the functionality offered in MediaVault. In addition to the live training, we provide you with training guides with detailed information and screenshots for your reference.
Our team is always available to provide any additional training you request. Training can be conducted via webinars or on-site, depending on your preference.
